One Year

Amelia is one.  That is just insane.  This has by far been the best year of my life and the hardest, but that makes it the best right? Swings both ways.  I'm bias but she really is crazy funny and a really content little girl.

At one she:

Loves food, obviously, hamburger being a pretty consistent love
Talks most of the day but does not associate any sounds with specific things
Loves to sit on the fireplace and read books by herself
Laughs at her own jokes
Loves to be scared...a lot
Computers are the greatest thing in the world to her
Is starting to throw some legit fits
Sleeps a full 12 hours through the night, HALLELUJAH!
Chats it up with the birds often

I really could go on and on but she is a very happy, content, easy natured child that I think is pretty much the coolest person I know.
